Torres de Alba

Torres de Alba & Suites is a family owned business that was born from the friendship and trust of two different generations who wanted to invest and grow in Panama with all of what the beautiful country has to offer.

The Aparthotel Project started as a real estate business, but late 1993 the Torrijos-Carter Treaty was taking place, and the United States Army began shutting down their military bases in Panama, and because they needed a place to stay, they started to become interested in renting the Torres de Alba Apartments.

What happened at that moment was taken as a sign that the building had a different purpose, therefore it should become an Aparthotel, in order to support, as we do to this day, Panama’s tourism, culture and economic growth.

Although Torres de Alba opened in the middle of a national crisis, the potential of Panama was never put in doubt.

Tourism, which has played a fundamental role in Panama’s economic growth, is key to our sector. That is why we feel honored to know that we are part of the experience of serving and sharing with the people that come and visit Panama; and we trust that they will continue to do so for many more years.

When is Breakfast served?

From Monday to Friday from 6am to 10am and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 6am to 11am.

Do the rooms have internet?

Yes, each apartment has its own password-protected network with approx. 20 megabytes per apartment are received.

Until when is the pool open?

The pool is open until 9pm.

Do you have a metro stop nearby?

Yes, two blocks away we have the Iglesia del Carmen metro stop.

Can you receive delivery?

Yes, in the reception area.

Is it pet friendly?

Yes, we have exclusive pet friendly apartments (additional fees are applied per night per pet).

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, Debit and Credit Cards: Clave, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Yes, each apartment has its own washer and dryer in the kitchen.

Do you offer transportation to the airport?

Yes we can surely organize it with an additional cost.

What are the reception hours?

The reception is 24 hours.

Do you organize events, dinners or meetings?

Yes, we have two rooms with a capacity of up to 250 people and two smaller ones for 30 people, in addition to our social area.

Do you have a restaurant in the social area?

No, you can bring food to the social area from the restaurant that’s on the ground floor.

What are the restaurant hours?

The restaurant hours are from 12pm to 9pm

Do you have parking?

Yes and it is included.

Do you have supermarket and shops nearby?

Yes, we have shops, restaurants and a pharmacy in the hotel’s commercial premises and a large supermarket 5 minutes away on foot.

What are the gym’s opening hours?

The gym is open from 5am to 11pm.

Do you offer room service?

Yes, the ground floor restaurant has room service.

Check In and Check Out time?

Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 1pm.

Is there the possibility of early check in and late check out?

Yes, depending on the occupation and the date we can grant it with or without charge.

What payment platforms do you accept?

We accept Yappy (national) and paypal.

Can visits be received at no additional cost?

If it is during the day and you do not spend the night, you can go up free of charge as long as you register and give your identification at the reception. In the event that they spend the night, it will have an extra cost.

Do you have a safe?

Yes, all the apartments have a large safe that can even hold laptops.

Do they change sheets and towels?

Yes, the change is made daily.

Can you check in at any time?

Yes, it is available 24/7.
